Gregory's first dental visit

Gregory went to the dentist today for the first time and he did very well. Unfortunately his teeth did not. He had two cavities. I guess sometimes tooth brushing just doesn’t cut it.

I have a new hobby

Well I turned 28 on the 11th and Lucy’s 3rd tooth came in the same day. It has been quite a month really. We have gotten so much snow. I have also gotten some great presents for my birthday. One was a CD set on learning the guitar for the visually impaired. I have practiced every day since I got the CDs. I do love my new hobby. Having a hobby really does make a difference. I have wanted to learn for a while, but it has been difficult, because I can’t really use any visual help. I had a hard time getting to lessons. So now I can do it on my own. It is really awesome. The fingers on my left hand hurt a bit from the strings, but that is alright.

Gregory and Lucy are both doing well. Lucy is more and more mobile each day. She smiles most of the time and when she cries Gregory sings to her and that makes her smile. Gregory has also taken to running in circles to make Lucy laugh. It is very sweet. They are very cute together.

Cullen has had to work nights the past two weeks and that schedule has been hard, but he is back to days now.

All else is going pretty well.
Smiles!

Yes, we are all falling apart

Well we went to the Great Wolf Lodge. Gregory got sick. Then, Lucy got sick. Then, Cullen got sick. Finally, I got sick. In a few days our complete health should return.

A week ago I was cutting onions and I cut my thumb and went to the emergency room. They taped the flap down well. I can’t feel that part of my thumb. Hopefully the feeling will come back. They gave me a tetanus shot while I was there and my arm is finally starting to feel better from that. Those shots give quite a lasting impression.

Yesterday I hit my knee on the car and it hurts to bend it.

A few days ago Gregory fell and scraped his face so he has a mark near his eye.

Cullen had to work four overnight twelve hour days in a row.

Lucy has a few scratches from who knows what, but she is happy. She is also crawling up things all the time. So, I have to watch her extra close so she doesn’t do that and then fall.

We have been getting so much snow lately. Gregory woke up one day and told me that there was a blanket of snow. Today we should get more dumped on us.

There is always something.

Well Smiles!
