Well it wasn’t today was it?
I hope you guys had a super Mother’s Day! I did. I got up in the morning and went out to eat for a big breakfast with my Son, Hubby, Dad, and Step-mom. It was good. Then (sigh) I went to work for four hours. After that Cullen picked me up in a limo. No not really, but wouldn’t that have been awesome. He picked me up in the car. Gregory was in the back. On the floor by my seat was a box. It was a box shaped like a house. Inside this box was a bear from the build-a-bear store. He was so cute with overalls on. I love overalls. I then pressed his left hand where a noise box was placed. Gregory’s voice came out and said “I love you Mommy”. My awesome bear is a Gregory bear! I can hear Gregory say I love you mommy anytime I want. I just have to press the bear’s hand. I would say Daddy helped Gregory pick a great present.
Daddy dropped off Gregory and me and then went to work. I did mommy things for the rest of the day like playing with Gregory and changing diapers.
It was such a great day.

hearing your child say "I love you mummy" just makes your eyes go all watery, eh? Even if you heard them rehearsing it ten minutes before.

Eagles' Wings – Yes I agree time spent together is so wonderful. Some days I would love to have a bit more time just sit and hold my son and kiss my husband.
Violet – Yes I know. Cullen will tell Gregory to go tell me I love you and he does and it is still as sweet as ever, because I know it is true.
Ling – Yes and sometimes it is so hard to tell him no because of it. Especially when I get a “Peeeese Mommy”
Courtney – Yes and I try every day not to forget.
Emily – Thanks but I think today was my day too. I had ice cream with fudge.
Hillary – Yes my son is berry cute and so is the bear he got me. Tanks
Motherhood for Dummies – Daddy is smart don’t you think. Smiles!
Kristi – It is my favorite bear and I am sure it will be for a very long time
Jules – I do love my work, but I didn’t want to go because family time is so precious to me.
Kellan – Yes going great so far
Shan – Yes the pair did well picking
All – Happy Mothers day every day or we should at least remember how important we are to our family.
